Summer Camps & Classes

Thank you for your interest in WiseXpressions! Below is a current list of all children and adult classes offered. We encourage you to become familiar with each class and become a part of the WiseXpressions family. Summer Camp 9 am - 2 pm
BODY CONDITIONING

This class is a mixture of cross-training, cardio, strength training and flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels. Bring yourself, a mat, a towel, and a water bottle.

Intermediate/ Advance Ballet

This class is for the intermediate/advance ballerina. Student will learn proper execution of ballet on demi-pointe, center floor, adagio, petit allegro, and terminology. By the end of the summer student should know the do's and don'ts in their ballet class.

Leaps & Turns

This class is a mixture of cross-training, cardio, strength training and flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels. Bring yourself, a mat, a towel, and a water bottle.

Hip Hop, Contemporary, Modern, Improv, & Choreography

These classes are scheduled for different days of the week and are taught after lunch.

 

 
Summer Afternoon Classes
Little Stars (Ages 3-6)
Tuesdays 6 pm -6:45 pm

This class will consist of stretch, ballet, and jazz techniques. Taught specifically for 3-6 year olds the class will include learning benefits such as counting, shapes, and exploring creativity as well as imagination through dance.

HIP HOP
Tuesdays 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm

All hip-hop classes will have a groove-based Atlanta style as a main focus, but will also include an L.A. style, voguing, and house dance.

BURLESQUE (Seduction)

Do you ever want to burn calories and exercise without feeling like you'r5e exercising? Well our seduction class can do just that. New sexy, seductive choreography every week. (Requests for songs will be taken). Perfect for all fitness levels so just bring yourself, a towel, and a water bottle.
